The Process

After initial contact, we book you in for a free survey at your home address. Here, we will discuss your requirements and offer our advice on the best solar solution for you. 

You'll then receive our recommendations and a no-obligation quote.

Once you have chosen what you want, we get it ordered and find a suitable date to get your job booked in.

Scaffolding will also be booked at this time and should be constructed just before your installation.

The full installation typically takes 1-2 days depending on the property. Rails are attached to the roof securely for the solar panels to sit on. The inverter and battery is then fitted in line with the agreed plan.

You will then be linked up to the app so you can get to know your system!

We'll give you a few days to adjust to your new system and then follow up with a call to see how you're finding it. 

We can answer any questions and if we need to pop back for anything then the visit is free of charge.

Once you're up and running, you'll then have access to ongoing support via email and phone.
